 + -1 moreThe actual job went fine, but somehow they cut a different wire and shorted out some other plugs that we noticed later that night after they had already left. The main problem I had was it took them forever to respond to me about it. I called the next morning, was told they'd call back. No call by the next afternoon, so I called again. Didn't hear anything by Monday at noon, so called again. Finally called again Tuesday at 5:30pm, and was told I was on the schedule for the next day, but I wouldn't have known if I hadn't called. He was finally able to fix it and didn't charge for it. The main problem I had was the lack of response from them. Everything else was fine, and the price was very reasonable.
Description of Work: Installed a new chandelier and changed one light fixture into two.
