+ -1 moreI rent from ERC and I can't speak highly enough of the experience I've had. Any issues are always quickly resolved, especially for a smaller company. A great deal of time, effort, and thought on their behalf has gone into property improvements over the last couple years and the place I rent is better now than when I first moved in. All five of those stars have certainly been well earned.
