Worked hard to get the bid. A false start out of the gate but we managed to end up with a good project. I think they subcontract to local installers so there is probably some overhead that could be saved, but I got a decent quality fence for ~$35/ft. There were a couple of issues that should have been identified before the project started and caused unplanned changes and unnecessary stress, but I’d still recommend Ergeon as an affordable option.

Took 2 months to get corrections completed

Imagine inviting a company to your home, where you lay your head. & THEY DESECRATE IT! Not only was my project pushed back twice, and my project manger downgraded to someone with less investment in the project in the middle of it, but they also broke my neighbors gate and tried to tell me that because I said "put it back" that I was 'okay' with it- in an attempt to sweep it under the rug. The worst part, one of their workers committed a crime (that I should sue them for) and PEED IN MY LAWN. I went outside and asked him if he just peed in my lawn and HE LIED TO MY FACE. After all of this, Ergeon added the most humiliating insult to injury by offering to take $150 off an almost $8k project. I have never been so disrespected in my life, and at my home! I am disgusted by this and will tell everyone I know to stay away from these people.

My fence replacement project went very well. The installer - Jorge and crew were on time, worked efficiently in removing and replacing and installing the new fence. The work was done in a timely manner and all of the crew were definitely friendly, knowledgeable and definitely knew their craft by installing the fence in an expert manner. I would definitely recommend Jorge Diaz and his crew with ERGEON Fencing.

Very professional and punctual. high quality work delivered. Very detailed documentation of bid proposal and project description of the fence material and build specifications. Their online system for bid proposal review, approval, and payment system is the most advanced and convenient of any vendor we have ever engaged through ANGI.

I don't know the owner nor project manager b6t they need to speak with their installers, was trying to give me old wood, had to speak to them about leaving an old board although I was paying for everything new, they still left and didn't repair the gate with damaged wood. Couldn't get anyone to call me back about the gate. Went ahead and paid them but won't use it again. I had to get my neighbor to talk to them because apparently they thought I was a joke and it was funny. They were trying to rush. I expected quality material and quality work. I won't use again. Just had a large portion of our old fence removed and had new installed by Ergeon. Absolutelly fantastic company and i would highly recommend! Romeo our customer rep was just amazing from the first request for a quote, he set up a video call with me where we walked through the project, he used satelite imgerry to measure and map everything and give me a great quote in real time. He was very accomodating in splitting quote for two neighbors sharing the cost adjusting for 3rd naighbor who did not share. He followed up with us and got us scheduled for all the needed cable company line making right away. He was so great - super special thank you to Romeo for outstanding services. Luis in scheduling the install was extrimally fast and flexible to accomodate our times for bad weather. Crew of great guys showed up on time, did solid work and everything was cleaned up and done before I finished my pot of coffee! Very very happy! thank you
