We have used his services for tankless water heater installation, plumbing issues during our kitchen remodel, and when our sewer backed up. Excellent. Two gentleman came, spent about 3 hours to install our new kitchen faucet and re-plumb under the sink. They were personable and got the job done. They cleaned up the work area afterwards.

This was a disaster from start to finish. The crew leader (subsequently fired by EPW) arrived late, walked through the house swearing and yelling, and so alienated other crew members that they (and he) left before the job was done, ten hours after it was started. Before the crew leader arrived, a junior member sawed through the wooden wainscot paneling in the dining room to access pipes that could have been reached from the kitchen on the other side. While exploring on the dining room side, the crew cut through an electrical line and had to call out an electrician to repair it. As a result, our dining room now prominently displays a cover switch for the new junction box where the line was repaired. None of any of this was explained to us at the time. Finally, one of the remaining crew members was able to call another crew who was finishing another job to come help finish ours, and it was wrapped up fourteen hours after the start. The following day, some additional work was completed to satisfy the City inspector. Meanwhile, EPW's drywall specialist did a great job of patching sheetrock; however, EPW relies on an outside carpenter who was to repair the dining room wainscoting. He was busy with other jobs, and was difficult to reach. It was only after reaching him through the owner that he came out to assess the damage; but then he was too busy to do the work, so he had a friend do it for him (another delay). The friend roughed in the paneling, but didn't paint, so after yet another delay, the carpenter's brother came out and applied the paint. The project was finished after fourteen days and a great deal of stress and inconvenience.

It went great. EPW gave me a quote over the phone, showed up on time and installed the heater. They did not try to sell me something I didn't need.
