They overpromised a lot of items they said they were going to do to my roof to get my business and then would not give me a written estimate after 3 requests for what was to be done.  They also asked for a 60% payment for the job up front before the anything was signed.  They are not a member of the Better Business Bureau here in Houston.  I do not recommend doing business with this company.

The entire process (except for the delays in distributing funds by my mortgage company) went very smoothly and I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the work. Appointments were kept timely and Epic personnel were always available to answer questions. Epic assisted me in adding on radiant barrier roofing at a very good price since it was not part of the insurance setlement.
The mortgage company-Select Portfolio Servicing-dragged their heels at every turn in redistributing the funds from the insurer. Their paperwork requests were voluminous and unnecessary. Epic waited longer than they should have to receive all of their funds and finally intervened with SPS to bring the process to a conclusion.
All in all the experience with Epic was first-rate and I highly recommend their company.
