EPIC Air Conditioning is a locally owned and operated business, serving the greater Houston area since 2007. Owner, David Vasquez, has more than 20 years of experience in both the residential and commercial air conditioning business. Prior to starting his business, David began his career at FMC Technologies, working at Hobby Airport repairing chill water systems. From there, he entered the apartment industry, repairing and replacing air conditioners, as well as worked on chill water systems and boilers. David has led maintenance teams at over 25 apartment communities during his career, personally training and mentoring air conditioning technicians. We provide on-going training and mentoring programs for all technicians. You may be assured that our highly trained and professional field personnel accurately diagnose the problem. Our goal is to offer professional advice and recommendations so that you can make an informed decision that best fits your needs.
