George and David were awesome!!  Professional and friendly.  Being a widow, and always afraid of being taken advantage of by contractors,  I felt very comfortable with their honesty and the estimate they provided with some extra work that needs to be done.  Elite, you have two employees to be very proud of.  I will definitely use you guys again and hope I will be lucky enough to get George and David!  Thank you for your services!

George was prompt to respond, arrived as scheduled and quickly inspected the roof and explained me the options for repairs. He and his team promptly completed the repairs, took pictures of their work and cleaned up. Very satisfied.

George and his team did a very good job. Checked the roof. Found and addressed the issue with the vent hood.  George was also very responsive to my request to install the scarecrow (to scare off pigeons roosting on my roof). Went to local store to pick up brackets to install everything.  Did really nice job, and exactly how I expected. Thanks

Everything went very well. George was very professional and prompt. They re-sealed all the pipes, flashing and nail holes. He also fixed 3 lifted shingles. That was great service and I will use them near future again for sure.

Professional, thorough, and courteous. Eric gave us options, showed us up front exactly what needed to be done. We had fans and dehumidifiers in bedroom and both bad rooms from Tuesday thru Saturday. hopefully, we won't need their services again, but if we do, we'll call them

Things went very well. They negotiate with the insurance company for you. I had neither the time nor knowledge to do that effectively. My out of pocket cost was only for the deductible.
The roof on my garage collapsed during a hailstorm and high winds, trapping my car inside. They offered to remove my car that night, but I declined because I did not want anyone hurt while the storm was in progress. They arrived promptly the next morning and removed the garage door so I could get my car out, and barricaded the garage.
The quality of workmanship and materials is far beyond what was there before. I have a like-new garage now, in place of the 40 year old garage. 
The work was also done very promptly, with typically 4 - 6 craftsmen onsite. Work time was about 2 weeks. They also provide the most detailed quotes and invoices that I have ever received from a general contractor. I rated them "B" on price, but I will not hesitate to pay a little more to use them over a lower bidder. You get what you pay for. I have nothing but praise for their work.
