Excellent. Drivers were punctual and polite. In addition, my flight home had arrived an hour early, but they kept track of the flight number and were there waiting as soon as I touched down.

They would not send an SUV. Instead we negotiated them to send us a van. It was fine - though more expensive. They just don't want to have to put luggage on the seats, which is understandable.

Elite is a professional transportation service. They arrived early to pick up our daughter and delivered her at IAH within the alotted time needed for her fight. The car was clean, and the driver was professionally uniformed. He was polite, and we felt that our daughter would arrive safely and on time to the airport. Thank you very much for the profession service that we received. We highly recommend Elite.

I have used several other car services over the last few years and Elite by far is the best one in my experience. Their online reservation system works perfectly, the admin people are pleasant and effective, and the drivers have all been extremely professional. Conversations have been polite and appropriate, the cars have all been clean, and most importantly I have felt very safe!!
