They showed up when stated and were very professional and thorough. Once they found the problem they then checked several other outlets to make sure it was an isolated issue. I would gladly hire them again.

Mr. Jackson was very thorough and explained the issues carefully. I felt very confident in his knowledge and his skills.

Mr. Jackson is a bit gruff over the phone. We made an appointment, he gave me a price of $1600 for the work. He obtained permits. Installed lateral, green tag from city, returned to backfill trench, received payment. He knows what he is doing, and he is inexpensive compared to the other bids I got.

The electrician was prompt and did the work. However, we didn’t like the fact that he was kind of curt and rude.

Called Wade on Monday afternoon. He agreed to meet at 5pm that day. He called at 4:45 to confirm he was on the way. He showed up on time, found the problem with the front light and repaired. He then checked all the outlets in the kitchen and replaced the problem GFCI outlet. Extrememly nice, professional and very helpful in answering all my questions.

It took a few weeks, because the timer he brought the first time was the wrong one and his supplier doesn't stock the one we needed. Then the supplier ordered the wrong one, too. After calls to see if he'd gotten the timer, we looked it up on the internet, and Wade confirmed it was the right one. We ordered it ourselves. Wade got tied up on a job before ours, so was a little late. When he got here, he did both jobs quickly, explained things very clearly, and is worth waiting for so the job's done right. We'll continue to use him.

Wade was late for the estimate appointment, but once he arrived, I showed him what I had in mind for the kitchen remodel. He explained that the separate circuit would probably cost $200, and I said OK. We talked some more about the job and he gave the estimate of $850. I thought this price included the $200 for that separate circuit. On a personal note, we didn't really hit it off and my gut feeling was not to use him, but I accepted his bid. I thought the price was fair and his Angie's List rating was good. When he came to do the job, he was an hour and a half late. We discussed where the recessed lighting, other outlets, switches, and the new outlet for the microwave hood would be. During this time, he was argumentative. I almost asked him to leave, that we weren't getting along, but I was on a time constraint and thought I would just get through it. At the end of the day, I noticed he did not put a separate circuit for the microwave and I questioned him on this. He said that would be another $200 and that he didn't think I needed a separate circuit anyway. He also left an outlet I asked him to remove, and removed an outlet I wanted to keep. He did not relocate a switch that he had suggested be moved. He missed placing an outlet on the north wall of the kitchen. He basically wasn't listening to what I wanted; he did what he wanted. After a phone call, he did come back the next day and placed two outlets, but overall, I thought Wade was not customer-friendly and I would never use him again.

It went awesome. I called and he came the same day in the afternoon. He completed the job in just a few minutes and just charged me the $75 minimum trip charge. I was very pleasantly surprised with how quick and reasonable it was.

We had temps in the 20s and we were freezing and Wade came as soon as possible. Did the trick.

The Electrician did a good job. In addition, he gave me valuable pointers on how to use the equipment I was having installed. He also saved me money by suggesting that one piece of lighting equipment I had purchased was not useful and that I would be better off to return it to the store, which I did. My only negative point is that he did not call when it turned out that he would be delayed by several hours past the scheduled time. A phone call to the customer to advise of schedule changes of several hours would be a much appreciated professional courtesy.

He is one man with a truck and he is very reasonable and very good. His response was excellent and his price was fair. He is johnny-on-the-spot and won't put you off for a few days. You actually get to talk to him. I will absolutely use him again.

Wade got to work immediately upon arrival. He never took a break and was helpful and polite. I had also thought about getting a recessed light installed in my laundry closet. Wade suggested that I might want to wait until I had my new washer and dryer delivered. He also explained to me how it might be better to move the existing light to another location in the closet. Wade did an excellent job on the chandelier and went right to work on the outside lights. I had an additional flood light with a photo cell installed on one side of the garage to match the one on the other side. Wade added a photo cell to the existing one and then installed another light fixture replacing the old one I had on the side of the house. I was so pleased with the work and his professionalism.

An excellent experience. I found Electrician via a favorable rating on a Houston services website. As promised in his website, Wade answered the phone and gave me an immediate quote based on the information I provided. We arranged a time. He was a bit delayed at a prior job, but immediately called me to say he'd be arriving a little later. There were a variety of electrical items. One was to fix a switch that the original electrician did not do correctly a few years ago when I re-wired the house. A few were to install new light fixtures and replace a ceiling fan. Wade spent extra time relocating a bathroom wall fixture so it lined up nicely with the sink. I also added on a few fixtures from our initial conversation, so his final price was a little higher than his original quote. But that final price was more than fair, considering that a few of the items were probably more time consuming than anticipated. Wade didn't waste time on the job. He got down to business immediately and concentrated on his work. I'd recommend Wade highly. I trust the quality of his work. He honors his word and doesn't use his quote to get a start on a job that he later inflates.
