They are fabulous, I call them for everything. They've done a lot of work for us. They are a great company. They do almost everything.

The price wasn't bad. They came out on Sunday morning. My husband had just died and I'd been waiting on my other air conditioning people to fix it. They (other company) just never got around to it. I had a house full of people. He came out at 9 am on a Sunday morning. They fixed it real quick. They got another unit that day. They left the area perfectly clean. The workers were nice.

I've worked with them for about four years. I have them out here to make sure everything is going fine. On pricing they're usually cheaper. It was only one worker that came out. One Thing they can work on is anything having to do with the air conditioning and heating system. They're working on my daughter's house right now.

Very quick response although I indicated unit was not currently being used. Most knowledgeable technician we have ever had. Was very thorough but could not find the leak. Suggested we monitor and they would diagnose with more sophisticated techniques. Refilled system. Repair covered under warranty. I met the owner through a mutual friend some time before I had him install the systems. They previously did an excellent job in completely redoing the entire original system. I consider the company reputable and honest.

They were referred to us by a family friend and they were exceptional. Reasonably priced. They arrived within a realistic window. They don't price gouge you. They came out in the heat of the summer. They did charge a service fee but that is fine. It was maybe a $40 service plus whatever the equipment was. At the end of the day, in Houston heat, it was well worth it and certainly reasonable. Very professional as well. They were great. Accommodating. I would highly recommend them.

We have used EJC for over 4 years and are very pleased. They are very professional, prompt, and affordable. They always give free quotes and give you options. I never feel like I'm being "up sold" on anything.

Overall went very well. It took a few trips to pinpoint the cause of the pipe leak. Began to ask for same employee so they were familiar with the problem. The staff is extremely polite, professional and punctual. Would hire again and recommend to others.

They're fair and very punctual. They answer my calls promptly. Their owner's very much involved with the business. The staff is outstanding. I've never had any problems with their work.

Ben Amos is the very best. I have used his services for years. I would recommend him to any and everyone. He is responsive to emergency situations.
