Ecosource Roofing replaced my roof in July. Brandon, the Project Manager, was very professional and courteous and provided a detailed explanation of the required elements, breakdown of the contract, and timeline. The work was completed as agreed upon and in a timely manner. Every bit of trash and debris was removed from the worksite. Overall great experience. Very satisfied with the workmanship. My experience was unique yet very personal with ECOSOURCE Roofing &Solar. As a nurse I covet detailed work,accuracy,honesty, and competency just simply by the mere nature of my own profession. My home had been severely damaged as a result of Harvey's flooding 2017, shortly after that I was without a job with very little money and was informed by my insurance company that the damages sustained would not be covered (as the water only came through the roof and not from the ground ). My roof continually leaked for almost a year post Harvey. Due to the high repair/replace cost of numerous other roofing companies here in the Houston area I was unable to get anyone to help me to secure the integrity of my home with the money I had . After meeting Tanner and Brandon (ECOSOURCE Roofing &Solar) they spent many hours with me and immediately began to compile a precise and comprehensive tailored plan to repair my roof never forgetting and respecting my input into the plan (though monies for repair were at a minimal never once did I feel indifferent). After several other scheduled meetings with them a definite and final plan was proposed with my input. I was able to ask questions and felt that my questions were answered in detail with respect and honesty by these two respectful professionals. They were able to formulate a plan best for my needs that would not only repair my roof but take care of all the other underlying roofing issues as well. I realized quite early that I had the most concerned, compassionate,honest, and competent Roofing/ Solar Company here in Houston. From start to finish the roofing crew were on time,as each day I was given a detailed agenda by either Tanner or Brandon as to what the roofing crew's agenda for the day would be. Both men were always close or a phone call away. If I had questions or concerns I knew that they were there. The roofing crew were very professional, prompt, and proposed time of completion was as planned . Debris surrounding my home was kept at a minimum, and meticulously maintained. (neighbors were happy). Never from onset to completion of my roof did I feel that I had received anything less than the BEST in a Roofing/Solar Company as I have in the past experienced having my roof replaced before. For me experience comes with wisdom. Trusting those experiences with all of the qualities that I have become accustomed to with ECOSOURCE Roofing & Solar. I look forward to retirement in the near future and will ONLY use and RECOMMEND your services to others because of my total SATISFACTION with your services!!! Thank you Brandon and Tanner.
