Fast and reliable. Sent pictures of where mice had chewed a hole in my dishwasher causing a serious leakâ ¦ Ed got the part and came out same day and fixed it himselfâ ¦ and stayed until we made sure everything was working greatâ ¦.. even saw another small issue with a burned electrical connection and fixed it as well at no additional cost. Highly recommend!!

Quick and efficient service. Easy to converse with. Technicians explained issue and provided options, warranty and cost. We were given time to consider options and technician returned next day to complete repair. I’ll call again if I need another appliance repaired.

He was very careful moving the fridge no to scratch the floors and even clean behind it so it would remain clean. He put everything back the way it was. Very particular about his work. I was impressed.
