He is real available by email or phone. He tries to handle things before he has to come out and charge a service feel he is very accessible. He is a very gentile person. We feel comfortable with having him in our home. We feel safe with him accessing all data on our computer.

The owner is Max Fuller and he's really good with Macs. We have been real pleased because we switched over to all Macs and sometimes we get in a jam. We've been using him for six months and he has been out several times.
