The garage spring they replaced only worked for half a year. They agreed to provide a one-year warranty, but when I called them again, they refused to fix the issue. The parts they used are of very low quality. Do not work with them!

I had a one garage door had dent and showed to this company and recommended replacing 2 doors and went with suggestion. New installed door is not aligned properly and there are gaps in the bottom and side. Old doors does not have any Issues with gaps instead of fixing issue blamed foundation issues where there is no issue with my foundation and no cracks. I was busy in meeting to payment and he came with crew and yelled for 2 hours delayed payment and threatened to remove the installed doors with unprofessional language. Very disappointed. Hopefully he will not do this for other customers.

Robert Dupree replaced the springs on my garage door. Opener gears were stripped. He offered to sell me a used garage door opener. When he does replacements of openers, customers generally want both replaced and he sells them for pure profit. He would call when he got one. He did 3/17. I called him and said sure. He said he would be here Saturday 3/23 @ 12p. I agreed. I texted at 1 and inquired if they were coming. No response. Again at 2pm. Then I called. No response. He then called me and very rudely told me he is practically giving me the opener it was not worth his time. Find someone else. Then hung up. Literally was not being aggressive with this company. Absolutely no reason for him.to be so nasty on the phone. Will never recommend this company because of this behavior.
