"Jim called at 11pm the night after Hurricane Beryl hit and most of Houston had no power. Screaming and yelling. 1) the springs we installed were correct for his door. He hired another contractor to install an opener who wanted more work and falsely disparaged our work 2) the warranty on labor was valid 6 months, and he called almost a year after work was done. This was clearly stated on invoice. We will usually go past the warranty date but Jim really only wanted to yell at someone."

"Siva is dishonest 1) His only option was replacement. 3 bad panels of 4. His HOA wouldn't allow 2 garage doors with different colors & styles. 2) The door we installed is level and his frame isn't. He refused <$100 solution to address 3) payment required at time of install in Texas. If you refuse to pay when installed I can remove it. But once I leave the property, my only remedy is small claims court. I don't ask for any money down but I expect full payment when good work is completed."
