WARNING: Company sends DAMAGED, BUSTED UP DOORS. When I received my door order they came damaged, with deep scratches and scuffs. All 6 doors. When I called I spoke to CAROLE who asked me to send photos. I sent photos and she never replied. I called and she said she would get back to me about a partial refund. Weeks later nothing. I called again and had to remind her who I was, what had happened, etc. Acted completely clueless and like she could care less. She said she would get back to me again. Never got back to me. I called recently they said she is no longer working there and can't vouch for her or our email conversation. I said I want a call back from a manager. A week later nothing, so I call again today and they said Carole does in fact work there and is not in today. Wow! This company SCAMS, LIES, and the customer service talks back with attitude when you voice a complaint. Not a reputable or respectable door supplier. They care nothing about their service or customers. You get what you pay for!

I purchased a double Exterior Knotty Alder double French door In 2016. They were expensive. The doors arrived with some moisture in between one of the panes. I immediately told them about it and they did nothing. We had no way of securing the building so we went ahead and put them in and would later have a local company replace one of the glass panels. This spring we noticed that the door bottoms have completely rotted. Also the mullions/frames on several of the window panels have rotted also. The doors were professionally painted with premium primer and 3 coats of exterior paint. I spoke with someone there 3 weeks ago and they told me that these exterior doors "were not meant to be exposed to the weather"...! I've attached photos and the ad where they list them as exterior doors without anything saying that they shouldn't be used outside. This is a terrible and fraudulent company. They said that the warranty is only for a year. We have only had the doors for 2.5 years and then need replacing as a result and they refuse to address the issue or get back to us.

That part of the process has been very painful. It's been going on for months. They provided me with a replacement pane but it was the wrong size. There was no problem with the initial service. They delivered what they promised. The after sales service is not what it needs to be. They need to pay more attention to the after sales service. What you get for the price was good. Their sales staff was good but dealing with the back office people has been amiss.

I ordered a Victorian Iron Prehung Door unit from the Door Clearance Center with a Right Hand Inswing. Initially, I received a door with a Left Hand Inswing in good condition and the door that I ordered was delivered to the wrong individual. Several days later, I received the correct door. Unfortunately, the door jamb was damaged and showed signs of a failed installation attempt. I notified the sales manager and asked for a new door jamb. The sales manager denied my claim and told me that damages should be expected during shipment. He also refused to acknowledge the dried silicone rubber on the bottom of the threshold that clearly showed that someone else previously tried to install it. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences of any large ticket purchase of my life. Prices are great but buyer beware!

Since I knew what I wanted from their online catalogue this whole transaction was pretty easy. I went right in to the warehouse area once I got to the center. I talked with Chris about the selection/color choices and I was in and out in under 20 minutes. He called and scheduled delivery for the next day with Luis Ramos, the same contractor that put in my front door.

The first time Luis's company came out there were 3 people on his crew and the finished in under an hour. This time, it was a one-man crew so I decided to help out where I could to hasten the process. It still took a little over 2 hours but he did a good job. He didn't have a good adhesive for the door alarm so I had to go and buy it after he left, but that was the only problem I had. But I came to find out that the installer put the door sensor too high on the door rail so now I have to remove it and have someone else come and do it right. Wish he would have done that correctly!!!!

Their warehouse was a couple of doors down from my job and I knew we needed to get new doors. The door costed $229, the brass handle set was $47.95 and tax was $22.85. Luis Ramos of Ramos Carpentry did the install for $200 so the total was $499.80. I could not buy the same door at Home Depot for that price and install would have put my grand total closer to $900 so I was feeling like I got a good deal. Install took 1.5 hours but they knew what they were doing. Had to pay installers cash but I didn't mind for the price. 2 years later no problems with the door and about to get my back door with blinds installed by them for the close to the same price.
