Diversified Thermal

I scheduled a consultation and sought three other bids.  The radiant barrier bid was by far the best bid for my 2200 sqft home.  After booking the appointment several days later, the workers arrived two hours late.  I was not happy with this portion however, their work was professional and very detailed.  The workers prepped their work area, covered the floors, and completed their work.  The whole process took approximately three hours (in addition to the two hours waiting), nonetheless I would use them again.

I called them up and gave me an estimate over the phone then I called again to clarify some stuff and gave me a different estimate on the phone.  Apparently they looked at the house and gave another estimate on the job.  So far they were quickly available for service when I needed them.  They really have a good clean up job.  They explained what they will do and what I needed to do for them to get ready to do the work.

they gave us an estimate for the complete job and advised us on some additional fabrication to bring in fresh air for the gas heater combustion. we agreed to the estimate and the work was started and finished as agreed with no disappointments.

Glenn Perrin, the sales rep, was very responsive when I called for quotes.  He was on time and knowledgeable about the job.  The job was quoted within 1 day.  Price was the best I found.  Work was performed as described when promised.  The price quoted was the price paid.  We are very happy with the work and the product.  These are rooms that are not conditioned all the time, once the temp gets to where we want it it stays there without the HVAC running very much.  I highly recommend Diversified Thermal for spray in insulation.

I was doing research on radiant barrier versus foam versus padding more blown insulation and we decided to go with foam insulation. They were very on time and very professional. They answered all our questions and they were nice guys. They took about a day and half to spray the foam in to the attic. They are very good. The foam is more expensive than doing some other things but I think in the long run it will pay you off. They did come in, worked with us on what we exactly wanted to do and they ended up doing that. They did a second bid because we wanted something different, so they did that. They were very easy to work with. They did a really good job. I didn’t find any gaps in my insulation.

They arrived around 8 AM with 3 guys. They were finished around noon. They allowed me to inspect their work. They left an attic light on that I had to turn off but they had informed me of this. One of my insulation contact recessed lights now periodically turns off if it gets too hot due to the insulation covering it. My bid says it was supposed to be Applegate brand cellulose but the invoice says it's Celbar so I'm not sure which brand I got.

THE PERSON PERFORMING THE JOB WAS GREAT AND REALLY SHOWED RESPECT FOR PEOPLE NOT HAVING A LOT OF MONEY. THE WORK WAS COMPLETE AND ON TIME.
