David and team were great as usual!

They did a fantastic job. They gave practical advice about carpet.
Honesty and realations about carpet cleaning and informed me it would be best to get new carpet than continue to clean the carpet. They were very efficient and professional. The owner David does the work and always does a great job. I have used them many times.

Everything went well. When they first picked up the carpet they were running late, but they actually called ahead (!!!) to say so, and to schedule a new arrival time. They took a couple of weeks to clean the carpet, including enzyme treatment for cat urine. When the carpet was returned, it still had a detectable odor, but they suggested I wait a couple of days since they had only recently re-done the enzyme treatment. They said that if the odor remained they would come again to treat in place, free of charge. In fact, the odor remained but they came as they said they would, and treated again with the carpet in place. That did the trick - there is now almost no detectable odor coming from the carpet. I was very pleased, because I had thought the carpet was unsalvageable.

I have used David annually for 20 years, as I was referred by a friend. I am pretty picky about who comes inside my house to clean. David is an intelligent, friendly guy who is professional and is always on his jobs. I get great service with a reasonable price. Never disappointed over all of these years. I don't write many reviews unless someone exceeds my expectations. David Smock does just that.

We've used David to clean our carpet and upholstery since 2006. I called and left a message on his machine which he promptly returned. We set up an appointment for the following week. He arrived on time with another longtime employee and went to work. We had our stairs, den, hallway runners, master bedroom, daughter's bedroom, living room and dining area steam cleaned this go round. It took him about an hour to do all that. I had moved some of our things off the carpet areas to make it easier on him, but he'll do it all -- I just did some of it, but he moved the couch and many others things to clean under whatever -- many of them heavy. If the item has to go back on the carpet before the carpet is dry, he'll block the piece up. Some of our items really couldn't be moved, like our master bed, so he'll just clean around it. We've had him clean couches and chairs in the past -- not this time, but he always handles your items with care so don't worry about that. He's great with stains --- pet, makeup etc.... Our carpets look like new. We depend on David for our carpet, upholstery and now grout cleaning. Don't call anyone else! He's been doing this for a long time and is the only one to call when you need his services. His business is not a chain, so you get him. I'm so glad he was recommended to me by a friend years ago:)

David has been taking care of my carpets for over 20 years. He's professional and personable. He is a one man shop (so you know who's coming to your house) that cares about his work. His prices seem reasonable to me. He has excellent equipment and knows what he's going. This time he cleaned all the carpet and also cleaned the tile and grout.

This was a terrific experience. Diversified was recommended to us by the company who put stain protection on our sofa 5 years ago. David and his son responded to our voice message promptly, came out on very short notice, arrived on time and did a superb job. Plus, they followed up with a very nice thank you note which is something that rarely happens. We will happily use them again.

Diversified Carpet did an outstanding job cleaning my carpet. It's a big house and the carpet looks perfect. They were on time, professional, and I feel they far exceeded what they needed to do so that's why I have used them for twelve years. They are above average and I will continue to use them.
