DISTINCTIVE FLORAL DESIGNS

Roses were delivered to my home as a gift. I walked approximately 15 feet from the door and placed the large clear class vase on a glass topped cocktail table in my living room. The vase was not moved or touched from this time until I walked back into the room the next morning and found the vase empty and my hardwood floors covered with water. I inspected the vase and found a crack on the bottom. I cleaned up the mess and threw away the wilted flowers. On Monday December 11th I called Distinctive Floral Designs and spoke with the owner Ms. Carolyn Gaw. She listened to my complaint and informed me she would call me back. She called back and informed me that the cracked vase left the shop in good condition and that her driver assured her that they were in good condition when they were delivered. She refused my invitation to come and look at the damage and accepted no responsibility for the damage nor did she offer to reimburse the sender.
