Dish Network

The technician was prompt, polite, and professional. He gave me options of where/how he could install the satellite. He was knowledgeable and even helped me lift a heavy 55' television onto the tv stand. I have ordered two movies and the customer service reps over the phone are always great. There's no waiting and NO Machines! I LOVE That!!! My huge problem with Dish network is the signal. When there is a dark enough cloud in the sky, the signal is disrupted. It was fine at first because you can still watch dvr'd shows without a signal. However, it is football season and it is rainy season and I am not looking forward to having this service over the next few months.

I saw their TV ad for Small Town USA, which caught my eye. I contacted them to install a dish at my house and scheduled he installation at 6/13. They then rescheduled us FOUR times and did not give us any warning of this. They even contacted us the day before saying that a technician will be out to our home on 6/27. I had to drive over 100 miles away to leave my dying mother to be back for them. I am so frustrated with the amount of time I have wasted with them. After this last rescheduling, I contacted a supervisor at Dish and they said there are no technicians that even service my area!
