I grew tired of each month leading to promises that never was fulfilled and threats about a one-sided contract. Their ads against their competition just highlighted their own failures. Promises and agreements must be completed by both Parties involved. Dish failed in every aspect except in the installation and initial phone level Customer Service. TV reception and available programs did not meet the agreement. Billing was a nightmare, including refusing to allow a simple Print of the Bill online.
They're request for me to Download a program simply shut my desktop down for good! They're really bad when it comes to fulfilling promises and even understanding the Bill that they send. In the background the actual cost is $130.00 a month for their Service. Credits are hit and miss. $5 promises for additional credit led to even higher Billing.Licensing
