 + -1 moreI grew tired of each month leading to promises that never was fulfilled and threats about a one-sided contract. Their ads against their competition just highlighted their own failures. Promises and agreements must be completed by both Parties involved. Dish failed in every aspect except in the installation and initial phone level Customer Service. TV reception and available programs did not meet the agreement. Billing was a nightmare, including refusing to allow a simple Print of the Bill online. They're request for me to Download a program simply shut my desktop down for good! They're really bad when it comes to fulfilling promises and even understanding the Bill that they send. In the background the actual cost is $130.00 a month for their Service. Credits are hit and miss. $5 promises for additional credit led to even higher Billing.
Description of Work: I was using Comcast but was growing tired of the loss of signal for a Cable service. When Dish Network called and offered a better price I jumped on it. However, the promises never matched with the actual service provided. Their internal conflicts about a 3rd party provider and their squabbles with certain Networks led to no service in certain areas and higher then promised Billing invoices. Phone calls were accepted but not actually done.

 + -1 moreNo problems since they restored Houston Rocket games, but now the NBA took them away, so why blame DISH NETWORK.
Description of Work: Wow. A year and a half of almost trouble free TV. Had to update the score. Don't know how much we spend. Wife knows, but promise it is too much, but less than cable.

 + -1 moreService calls are NEVER on time, they NEVER fix the problem on the first visit.
Description of Work: We have used Dish Network for many years. As long as the reception works it is fine. If you need service, you better be ready for a lot of frustration.

 + -1 moreWORKER WAS POLITE ARRIVED 45 MIN. LATE. WORK WAS DONE CAREFULLY. HAD TO INSTALL ON ROOF. VERY GOOD JOB.
Description of Work: INSTALLED DISH AND BOXES FOR 2 BEDROOM TOWNHOME.
