I have hired Murphy for multiple property inspections as a homeowner and I have always been very satisfied with his work. He is very thorough, takes lots of pictures, and goes over everything at the end of the inspection and explains things in a very comprehensive way. Murphy was very meticulous, thorough, and extremely professional. After the home inspection, he spent an hour and a half to discuss and explain every detail of his findings with me, which allowed me to fully and accurately understand the condition of my house. He was thorough in that he took a lot of pictures to document the house in all aspects. He showed me the good parts as well as the broken parts that needed repairs around the house. He also was very funny and kept me laughing the entire time. I valued his expertise and with his inspection, I was able to save hundreds of dollars even when the house was supposed to be sold as is.
