Do not call these people. Eli came and fixed our door on Friday, but by Sunday the door started acting up again. We called and spoke to Larry on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday about the door noises and slamming that did not happen before the fix. Each day he promised to send someone out. No one ever came. On Thursday, we called Larry, talked to him, and he said that he won’t send anyone out because they won’t fix it. What kind of business is this? We paid $630.00 to Houston Overhead Garage Door Company and they won’t guarantee their work. Now we’ll need to call another company out to fix their workmanship. Also, a quick search online shows that the company is represented as Discount Garage Doors of Houston but the company name is Houston Overhead Garage Door Company. This means that all BBB complaints are funneled through Houston Overhead Garage Door Company which virtually does not exist online.
