At Dirt Free we have solved the two major problems within the floor cleaning industry: over wetting and chemical residue . We use our patented "truck powered" equipment on any type of flooring you may have. Our equipment is powered by the truck's Diesel engine, not some little lawn mower engine. This means excellent soap free steam cleaning with a fraction of the dry time of other carpet cleaning equipment. This powerful equipment combined with our special water will give you amazing results. Our process also helps to remove detergents and soaps left by other cleaners and grocery store spot cleaners. Our new technology is here to service your home and clean it right every time.

DO NOT USE DIRT FREE UNTIL YOU HAVE READ THIS AND OTHER REVIEWS-- BAD!!!
We hired Dirt Free to clean the carpets in a home we had just purchased prior to move in. WISH WE HAD CHECKED THE ANGIE'S LIST REVIEWS FIRST.
1. Paid Premium carpet cleaning price-- lots of marketing hype over their special processes that provide a very clean carpet.
2. When the Dirt Free techs showed up for carpet cleaning they wrote an unsolicited additional proposal for non-requested services totaling over $4,000 for carpet stretching $675, grout cleaning $2500, spot pet treatment, an additional full house pet treatment, etc. No mention in the quote of and quot;filtrationand quot; or a price for cleaning it.
3. We said no to all upcharges except for treating a few pet spots.
4. Approximately 2000 sqft of carpeting including steps were cleaned by a man operating one cleaning wand in about 45 minutes. They were out quickly after I said NO to the extra $4000 quote. We were confused how the work could be done so quickly.
5. After taking a very close look a the work we understood why he was so fast. He ONLY cleaned the middle of the rooms never fully clean the steps.
He did not clean to the trim boards as ALL the other carpet companies we used prior to and since have done and done well. Dirt Free stopped cleaning approximately an 1and quot; to 2and quot; from the trim board leaving a layer of dust, pet hair, etc untouched. WHAT? That was the purpose of cleaning before moving in to remove all that prior to moving in furniture.
6. Called to complain and they sent a tech who said it was and quot;filtrationand quot; at the trim boards all through the house due to the previous owners not changing air filters frequently enough. The tech said he would have to give a special quote charged by the linear foot to clean to the trim and a fee for an enzyme to remove the and quot;filtrationand quot;. I pointed out the dust, pet hair and that I would not pay the additional charge (never mentioned or included in the extra $4000 quote the day of service) until they completed the initial cleaning ALL THE WAY TO THE TRIM BOARDS THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE and we could see if in fact it was and quot;filtrationand quot; as they now claimed.
7. The tech said WE DO NOT CLEAN TO THE TRIM BOARDS. What? I was getting no where so I thanked him and told him I would call the owner and he was gone without cleaning around the trim boards.
8. Talked with the company owner who was quite rude and insistent that the edges of all the carpets would not be cleaned. He sent another tech who said it had to be hand scrubbed as they do not clean to the trim. The tech and gave me quote for approximately $500 to hand clean carpeting only in a few spots. The one spot he finally cleaned to the trim is clean and looks fine-- no dust or pet hair and the dark line at the trim board said to be and quot;filtrationand quot; did not reappear as the tech said it would.
9. I burst out laughing when the second tech said the since I was unhappy with the service owner authorized him to give me 50% off the grout cleaning so it would be $1250 vs. $2500. What? The few areas I need cleaned could be completed by another Angie's List provider for about $300 total. They did not perform a premium priced carpet cleaning service correctly but wanted to charge me $500 more to clean to the walls in just a few spots and then had the nerve to offer another overpriced so-called and quot;discountedand quot; expensive service-- a total of another $1750 pre-tax.
10. Spoke with the owner again. Again he was very rude and told me they do not clean to the trim boards and raised his voice about the cost of sending 2 additional service techs out after the initial job saying he was making no money on this job. I realized I was wasting my breath as he would not do the work completely or properly. There would be no refund so I could pay another company to come in and complete the unfinished work.
11. We then vacuumed and cleaned around all the trim boards ourselves. Lesson learned DO NOT USE DIRT FREE AND CHECK ANGIE'S LIST FIRST!
Bottom line, we will never use this company again, when asked we tell others NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY. For the house we moved from we hired another carpet cleaning company highly rated on Angie's List and they did an amazing job-- all the way to the trim boards for a fraction of what we paid Dirt Free. We also cautioned our realtors about this company as well.
