We had a fantastic experience working with David DiPuma throughout the entire design and build process. He truly brought our dream home to life with care, creativity, and professionalism. Even after the proiect was complete, we've maintained a great relationship with David something that's rare in the homebuilding world. We're grateful for his work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to build their dream home.

My wife and I had the privilege of meeting David over 6 years ago when we started our journey to build our dream home. David was nothing short of amazing in our process. He was very patient with all of our wants and needs. We originally used him for our architectural plans and when he finished them he asked if he could build the house. Our experience working with him through the architectural phase was so amazing that it was a no brainer to go with him for the build. He built an amazing home and again let us make changes along the way as I was extremely picky with some of the things I wanted. Here we are over 6 years from our first meeting and he came over just about 4 weeks ago as we are fighting and issue that was NOT HIS FAULT, but he cared enough to help us get it taken care of. That level of support is hard to find these days. If you are on the fence about using David, JUMP OFF and JUMP RIGHT INTO HIS OPEN ARMS. You WON’T regret it!!!

David worked with us back in 2021 on building our custom home. He met with us and built our home close to our budget which was a chore due to increase in material price specifically wood. His design was very thorough and one of his signature features of his design is the use of areas for storage that no one visualizes but him. Easy to work with and very active when one calls to discuss any issues or changes.

We built with David almost 4 years ago and he takes his customer service to an entirely different level. He is still there to help us when something goes wrong even though he could tell us to pound sand. He believes in his product and stands behind his work. You are not a customer to him you are a client that becomes a friend. Someone you can call or text and he will respond as he wants to ensure you are fully satisfied with what he does. If you are looking for a custom builder that will have your best interest at heart, look no further. David IS your builder!!!

I have owned 3 new homes due to moving for my job. I've never had a builder more responsive and helpful. I purchased my home in 2017 and still stay in contact with him. He has always been very prompt and responsive whenever I have any questions. These range from the function of a random light switch to minor repair issues that have come up. I would recommend him to anyone and would use him again if I needed a new build without reservation

My wife and I were in the market to buy or build a new home. We decided to buy a lot and start to look for architects and builders. David DiPuma came HIGHLY recommended by more than one person, so we decided to sit down and speak with him. From the moment he walked into our house, we knew right away this was our guy. David designed the house to the exact specs that we were looking for and when it came time to look for builders he said to please keep him in mind. Since he designed the house, my wife and I only felt it was right to let him build what he designed. Our decision couldn't have been anymore right. David is awesome to work with. I am not the easiest guy to please as I have very high expectations and wants. David allowed my contacts to bid the job and then he presented all the bids and together we made the decision on who to go with for what. So he is open and willing to listen to your needs/wants and will do whatever he can to ensure you are happy. We are about 4 months into our build and go over everyday to see how things are going. Even after the design was done, there were a few things that you just don't think about when you are designing a home. So as it is being built you think of things that you would like to add or change. David has been more than happy to work with what we have been wanting. Even offering his own input on things that we all may have missed in our initial drawing. This process with David has been the highlight of this journey, most people end up with horror stories with their builder, but not us. We love this guy and can't wait for the house to be completed!!! My wife and I bought a lot and were contemplating who do you to help design our home. We asked around for some recommendations and came across David from a friend. Only to find out that we had about 4 or 5 other people that had used him and they were EXTREMELY satisfied with the results. So we decided to give him a shot. He came over one evening and sat down and started asking questions about what we wanted in a home. He didn t want to know our budget just what we wanted in our dream home. As we talked he drew and drew and drew.... We were getting a little nervous as we continued our conversation and he continued drawing as we had no idea what we were getting into. Fast forward a few months of back and forth and we had our house! Now the fun part, pricing it all out... Again David did not want to know our budget as he assured us he could get us what we wanted and his goal was to make sure we were happy. Which so far in the process it has been amazing and it only got better. As we continued through the design portion and picking everything out again he assured us to not worry about price as we would get to that later. Once it was all said and done and we got a number we were a little concerned. But in order to not take away from the house size and design he let us know if different ways to cut costs without jeopardizing what we had drawn out. I even wanted to use some of my own subs as they were friends and I trusted their work. He had NO ISSUES with this and so far the process has been amazing! I highly recommend working with David as his attention to detail and ensuring you are getting your dream house are his top priorities! And once the house is done on paper he will work every angle possibly to ensure what you have put on paper he can deliver within the number you had in mind...
