3. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER EACH WORK DAY. I was VERY IMPRESSED. I've had projects at this particular house for 8 years and it's sad when you have to tell the contractor to clean up behind themselves. This crew stopped through out and AT THE END OF EACH DAY to pick up scrap material, product wrappers, saw dust, nails, old wood and sweep. They even swept off the my neighbors roof and mine. Again, I'm called 'picky' and I did not have to go behind them to pick up a single thing. 4. THERE WAS NO LOUD MUSIC! I had a contractor come to my house the week before and it seemed like they were competing with my television with their blaring radio and loud laughter. I had to ask them to turn the music down several times. NOT THESE GUYS. Don't get me wrong. It's okay for a contractor to bring a small radio and have it on low volume. This crew had a very low music coming from a cell phone on the last project day (in fact, possibly the last couple of hours). I could barely hear it. They were intently focused on completing the project. 5. THE HARDI-PLANK INSTALLATION COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE PROFESSIONAL. I have a townhouse with a zero property line and several angles. This crew specializes in these types of projects and did an amazing job. They showed me how they were going to put the trim on top of the hardi-plank and got my approval. 6. THE PAINTING WAS FLAWLESS. Not only did the guys wrap my doors and windows with paper, they even covered the concrete, the brick part of my chimney and my neighbors' adjoining walls to prevent overspray. Talk about GOING THE EXTRA MILE!!! When I saw this, I knew that they were serious professionals and enjoyed their craft. 7. THIS PROJECT WAS COMPLETED ON TIME AND ON BUDGET. They completed the project on time and on budget. I couldn't have had a better crew to work on my project. They were on time, they came ready to work and had great attitudes; even when we had a longer day than expected with the upstairs siding. If you want a contractor that you won't have to worry about if you turn your head, or think they will cut corners if you are not looking, then Diamond Remodeling & Painting is the contractor for you. I highly recommend this crew without reservations.
