I selected this company from an ad in our local (Vail) newspaper. A young lady met me at the property and I walked the property with her and specifically had her write down what work was to be done. After the workmen were through she stopped at my place for payment, I live in Vail and the property is in the northeast of Tucson, about 20 miles. She seemed in a hurry and dumb me trusted that the work was done and paid her. Two days later I got up to the property to find that the workers had only done one thing and took it upon themselves to hack up a beautiful large mesquite that I had specifically not included to have anything done to it, if these folks are arborists then I'm an astronaught.   They did remove the cactus but neglected the crepe myrtle bush, they only cut  a few brnches from the dead trees, both had 85% still standing. I called the owner and he agreed to meet me, He had been hired to also remove two dead trees which he then proceeded to have his workers do, which took all of ten minutes. At that point I was so upset over the terrible job on my mesquite I thought we were done, however he started in with a simpering attitude that now I should pay him another $560.00 for the dead trees, he did get me for half but I would hope anyone considering this guy be present for all stages of any work they contract for and DO NOT pay unless he follows directions to your satisfaction.  Angie's list has my permission to give out my phone number to legitimate prospective customers.
