They are a typical auto dealership. They are pretty friendly. I think they are reasonable. They are punctual and professional. I will continue to use them in the future.

They could not find the problem much less fix it for me. They would never discuss things with me. They would find something and fix it without asking me, which was a great shock when I got the bill. They would never answer the phone or call me back. There is no responsibility at that dealership. I would not suggest them to anyone.

The work done on the car is good. Sometimes the service advisors are not available and this irritates me. On the whole the service supply is good. I have been taking my car to them for about 7 years. My only complaint is about their inability to create a good relationship with their customers.

1 item was to find the cause for the check engine light so I could get a state inspection/emissions test. They said that it should only take one day to do everything but after the third day it was not done because they could not spare a person to do the drive test on the car. They said they would need it a 4th day but I took the car and got the inspection/emissions test done elsewhere with no hassle.
