"To Whomever This May Concern, We take customer feedback very seriously, which is why we feel it is important to share the truth with the public, especially when making the important business decision of choosing the right company for your move. There are many things wrong with this review, other than the evident racism, this review is not truthful and does not reflect the service given to the customer, or the moving services DMS provides. This review comes from a customer who had a direct delivery from Houston to PA, therefore nothing could have gone missing, based on the nature of this move. Our team is highly trained moving professionals that wrap and pack small, large, heavy, light, different sizes and shapes, and of all value furniture. We shrink-wrap and then blanket wrap. All our movers are trained to cut the blankets from the back of tables and by the corners, to not ruin the blankets (the blankets are the material that we use to wrap and reuse) or the furniture itself. At the end of the move, our movers take photos of all items and furniture to confirm delivery and assembly of items. The customer signed on the inventory and marked everything complete. **48 hours prior to the delivery the customer leaves a voicemail, saying a lamp was dented and a table has scratch marks. These things can happen from time to time when moving across the country, and we have a claims department that is readily available for this. However, and this was all explained to the customer, we are not liable for items not packed by us. The lamp was packed by the owner, therefore, does not qualify for reimbursement or claims. The table that he claims is damaged without reasonable proof and has different photos than the ones my team has provided. **Customer has sent blackmails to our team, demanding money for claimed damages, without proof or claim to amount, just "thousands of dollars" and threatened to publicly shame our company if we do not pay him. We do not respond to blackmail, verbal or written threats, or abusive language, and our highly reputable company will always work with customers that communicate openly and honestly with our office, and within the scope of our work."
