Wants to get paid upfront before he starts. Do not wait for inspection. Do not trim the borders very well. No attention to detail. We paid him to trim the Bougainville, and he did not trim them so we had to remind him to do it the next time he came out! He seems to be in a big hurry to get done and leave! I did not mind paying him what he wants but he does a crappy job trimming and blowing the sidewalks off!!! I am glad he did not bother coming to my house today.

He was very professional. On time, provided fair estimate, got to work right away and did a great job. Agreed to an ongoing agreement with him and I am confident that I will continue to be pleased.

Mr Delgado himself was always very polite and punctual, but while the lawn was usually cut well, my recycling was regularly strewn across the yard when they left, once even out into the street.
