After setting a time for the next day his crew arrived promptly, worked very efficiently, in a professional manner. The job done to my roof looks great. I will use them for all my roofing needs in the future.

They've done excellent work for us before so when we called for a shingle to be replaced we knew it would be done quickly and correctly. They did the work and made sure the surrounding shingles were secure.

Delaney's did a small flat roof replacement on my home in 2009 and I was sold a 10 year labor warranty at that time.  Fast forward to today with an impending sale on my house and the buyer's inspector found issues with the flat roof. I called Delaney's about it and they are not standing by the warranty as they say I had "someone else do the work." But that is false. I have a proposal and invoice with their logo on it. I called their main line number, if they had an employee who did the work on the side that I didn't know about, how is that my fault? They refuse to even come out to inspect the roof and I don't even trust them to give me an honest opinion on it. I will be filing a BBB report in the near future if they don't make this right.

I used them because of the price they quoted me and I liked their warranty.  Everyone was on time and everything was good.

We live in a condominium where there are 8 units and we have a flat for each. The roofing company that we had hired to repair our roof was using the little roof as their staging area. They damaged the roof, as they put all their stuff up there and it ended up having a lot of holes on it. So we had to have that repaired and we didn?t have the warranty for the main roof. The company that had put on the main roof didn?t give us the warranty. So, I called the manufacturer and finally after a year we got new warranty. The company that did that for us was Delaney?s Roofing. They did a lot of work for the manufacturer and we have been very satisfied with them. They are a very good company for vinyl roofing. I don?t think they charged us anything when they came out to inspect. They were very responsive and helpful. I felt comfortable with them. They weren?t very punctual, as they used to say that it would rain and never came out. However, it never rained.

We were able to schedule them quicker than I had expected and they were pleasant, hard working guys. The job was done at a reasonable price and they didn't leave a scrap of debris behind. I recommend them on all aspects.
