The project took all in all over a month due to numerous delays. When they encountered problems such as mold in the insulation or a leaky pipe, they never communicated what the cost would be; they just fixed it and expected that we would just nod when the final bill came in $3000 over their written quote. When the work was finally finished, we had to call them a week later because the tile in the shower was coming loose beneath our feet. It turns out they hadn't used the right kind of adhesive to set the tile. Another week was spent with them coming back out again each day to try to set the shower tile but they couldn't get it right. Finally it looked like it was set. Three weeks later we tried to contact them again because the tiles were all coming undone in the shower bottom and the "glue" they used was melting beneath our feet. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, there was no response to our emails and phone calls. We called in several other contractors to look at the damage they had done and every single one of them was amazed at the poor job they did in the shower. We had to hire a new contractor to fix the work they did and he discovered that all of the materials they used in the shower were inappropriate and that they had cut several corners. I am angry again just thinking about the horrible service these charlatans provided. Do not call them for anything, not even for hanging a picture in your house. They are the worst thieves I have ever seen in this business.
