DAVID POWERS

David Powers was supposed to be a top notch construction company. I guess we had mixed emotions on our experience with them. Our home was built in a fashion we expected and as a whole we are pleased with the results we got on the home specifically. The problems we had were the driveway leading from the street up to our garage was placed in the wrong spot and the drainage system for our yard was washed out by heavy rains. We had a terrible flood as a result of that. They did not do anything to help us out with that. We paid above the normal cost per square feet to get everything right for our new home and it didn't end up being the case. They did say up until the day the job was done that they would fix the driveway and drainage but when they finished our home they packed up and basically said they were done and have a good day. This was not what I expected for the price we paid and that is why I would not use them again.

The man that built our home has followed through on all of the warranty work appointments. I had to have a few minor repairs done. The company did an excellent job of following the blue prints drawn-up for the house. I feel that it was an excellent quality of work done for the price that I paid. The house looks brand new to this day, and it s been three years since it was built. They had it done on time just like they said.
