Excellent technical ability. Prompt response. Only thing that prevented an A rating was that it was slightly more expensive than I expected. However, it was worth it.

I have used Data Doctors 4 or 5 times to clean up viruses on my PC and laptop devices. This time I had them build me a robust PC and transfer all my files from the 6 year old PC and 3 year old laptop to it. The pricing included a knowledgeable person coming to my home for the final install. Everyone is very polite and patient with customers. Sometimes tech guys can be so snobby. Not here. And the pricing for the new PC was excellent vis a vis the national chains, and included lots of help I wouldn't have received otherwise. Think of the time they saved me transferring my I tunes library and 1000s of family photos, etc.! I am grateful.

It was a great experience. I was very pleased with the way they handled things. They were very responsive when I had a little doubt or when I didn't understand how certain things had to be changed and I liked that a lot. I was having some trouble with the icons on my PC. It was a Mac vs PC problem. The guy who was working with me didn't know much about Mac so he called one of his colleagues to solve my problem. I liked his attitude. He was able to solve it and I liked that too. I would use them again in the future if need be.
