Excellent. I had architectural drawings that Dan used, but he also had good ideas as to how some things could be changed and how some money could be saved. No complaints. Very pleased with the finished project.

It went great. It got a little bit of a late start due to rain. After the rain stopped, they were able to get it done just great. We started in June and finished in October. I liked that Dan, the owner, was in charge of everything which made things convenient for me. I felt comfortable trusting Dan and his judgement. I would make decisions about what to do and he took care of everything else.

The kitchen looks great. It is an older home and required removal of a load bearing wall. They did it in an efficient and timely manner. The result is a more open home with a beautiful new kitchen. Dan was very upfront with costs and any additional expenses caused by requested plan changes.

Dan responded quickly and his company & crews expertly restored my home. When they were finished, my house was nicer than when I bought it! The kitchen counters were hand-built by a talented craftsman and all drywall and baseboard work was top notch. Painting and finishing were done perfectly. Dan Hassebrock Homes helped me through a difficult time. I've never been through a flood, and I was intimidated by the whole insurance claim and funding process. Dan guided me through the process with his years of experience and helped me calm down and realize it was all going to be okay. I very strongly recommend Dan Hassebrock Homes for any renovation or construction project!

I have built 2 homes over the last 15 years, as well as done numerous remodeling and repair jobs on all my rental properties. Building a house is always stressful and full of delays, but Dan guided us through the process from working with an architect and decorator to putting the finishing touches on our beautiful home. There were so many things along the way where his suggestions and input really saved us money and/or really improved the beauty+functionality of our home. All of his subs were dependable, and Dan’s decades of experience were critical in finishing the project on time and on budget.

Dan and his crew were on time, and completed the job in the time frame promised. Dan himself was on site everyday, and even finished the project up on the last day. The crew was careful/clean during the job, making it easy to be able to access the kitchen. The new cabniet matches our existing cabinets perfectly! I would most definitely use them again, pleasure to work with!

The crew arrived precisely when Dan had said they would come, and began removing the old siding.  I have a two story home and to me it seemed a huge job but they made it look easy.  They did one side at a time to avoid any weather problems.  They rewrapped the home with Tyvek, wrapped and sealed each window, replaced all the siding and trim with hardie plank and caulked every seam and painted the home.
Each day the crew removed all debris and cleaned up before they left.  They worked continuously even in the 100 degree days.
Before leaving at job completion the supervisor of the job went over the site with me to ensure I was satisified with the job.
I believe that the job was quoted at a very very fair price and the workers were all professionals.  I am happy to have my home in a safe and stable condition with the new siding and it looks very nice.  I would be happy to refer these professionals to anyone who needs home remodeling, or who wants to build a custom home.  I have seen the custom work done by Dan and he goes out of his way to please his customers.
