Went with Micheal up on the roof, showed me the culprits, and attached a rubber brace around each of our pipes, which were a total of 8, resealed and caulked with NP1, not some cheap stuff, and finished everything perfectly to last us another 5-8 years. I would seriously recommend Micheal and his company for anything wrong with your roof. His attention to detail was sublime and his "ca do" attitude quelled our fears from the moment of his arrival.
