There were some bad moments health wise, a bad fall time at docs, then a broken tooth with the fall. During the bad moments, Roger worked around our schedule, We were kept informed before any one showed up. He stayed on top of each part of the project, from door replacement, carpentry painting flooring. The best part of this project was pack out. He called Pinnacle a dister recovery team that packed out our room stored it till project was done. That took off worry with stuff being in a safe spot while work was being done. while any big project after a property loss is no fun, Roger took the time with me to explain things, keep me informed and stayed on top of project They had a great team of workers

They were excellent. The project manager, Roger Holland, was very attentive to detail. He went well out of way to accommodate our needs. The whole process of replacing wood floors and all of that went the smoothest I've ever seen with general contractors. One of the things that is notable about this company. There were some things that were damaged or needed to be repaired from the work that was done. They did not hesitate or question. They ordered what needed to be replaced and did it. Hat's off to the Project Manager. He did an excellent job.

The experience with DPS was great.  they responded quickly and did the work in a timely manner.  I was very impressed with the work that was performed and would recommend them to anyone who had any work to be done around their house,

They were very professional.

We had flooding in an upstairs bathroom that flooded the downstairs closet. As stated the insurance company refered us to this company. The painters did a fair job on the upstairs bathroom. They left a lot of debris behind. The downstairs walls need to be painted and the wood that hold the bars that you hang your clothes on needed to be nailed to the wall.I even asked if they were going to sand and was assured they would do it.They did not sand the baseboards before painting them and use caulking instead of nailing the wood to the wall. So in essence, they took a lot of shortcuts, probably becuase it was a closet. I expected a supervisor to at least call or come by to make sure the work was done properly.

D.P.S. Contracting is a professionally operated company with many years of experience.  The owner, David Smith, is a knowledgeable and honest contractor.  He did extensive work on my home and kept the project on schedule without delays.  During our project, I learned the majority of his project managers and employees have been with the company for many years.   I always received a prompt response for any messages that I left, and I appreciated the good communication.  I highly recommend D.P.S. Contracting!

They were very good. Their prices were very reasonable and they delivered what they cost. The timeframe was good and they work with you. We had a flood and they were very empathetic with our situation. They were very good that way and that meant a lot to us. They were action-oriented and got to work right away. They were very good and I would recommend them.

This was the first time using them. They did a good job. They were helpful and cooperative.

They got the whole in our roof fixed in just one day. They were also able to find the exact match on the shingles that we already had. The roof does not leak or anything. I like that you can't even tell by looking that there was ever anything wrong with it.

We had a small kitchen fire & the insurance company recommended DPS to fix the kitchen for us. This took a very long time to finish. The men would come about once a week, do some work, & leave, & we would not see anyone for another week or so. The new electric stove sat in the middle of the kitchen for a week waiting for someone to come & install it. They had to replace cabinets, the vent, & light fixtures, & then repaper & paint. It took about 6-8 weeks to finish, when one good week or so would have done it all. I think that was too long without a kitchen. There were touch-ups needed on the top of the doors, & they never came back to finish the work either.

THIS COMPANY WAS GREAT! THE WORK WAS WELL DONE. WE LOVED EVERYTHING THAT WAS DONE FOR US.
