They are very punctual, very efficient. They explained and gave me instructions on how i can use the sprinkler system and water softener very correctly. The only problem i have is that it is difficult to get a hold of them.

Owner stated he would fix any problem to guarantee job was completed.  I was promised there would be someone on the job that could answer questions in English.  Most of the time the workers could only speak very limited broken English.  They could not answer my questions.  Most of my questions were answered with a shoulder shrug.  After giving the owner a list of things I wanted fixed/changed, he informed me he would fix everything as soon as a larger job was completed.  I never heard from him again.  he does not respond to email or repeated phone calls.  The sprinkler system turns my front yard into a swamp.  After 3 months of calling with no answer, I drove up to my house and found him and his crew looking at my sprinkler.  I turned the water off for over a month so when the owner came there was no sign of a leak or my yard being a swamp.  This simple fact seemed complicated for him as he arrogantly walked around my yard looking for standing water.  Of course there is no standing water, we are in a drought (2011) and the system has been off for a month. My other issues were never address.  I subscribed to Angie's List to find someone to fix his issues.  I will never use this company again.

John was several hours late for our 2nd appt. He did not show up for the third appt the first time it was scheduled. He was not prompt with returning calls. He was unable to give a line item estimate when asked. He became defensive when we tried to discuss using different plants than he had proposed. He told us our choices were ugly and that he was very good at what he does, so we needed to listen to him. He was unfamiliar with plant names as we tried to discuss options. He raised his voice and took back all pictures of our yard when I asked for additional time to consider our options before meeting again. I asked him to please leave when he continued to raise his voice to me. He told me he didn't want to do our backyard because our front lawn was ''hideous.'' He did not leave the first time he was asked, but continued to stay in the entry and insult our yard and home. He did not return the plot plan of our yard that he had borrowed for his proposal.
