Description of Work: I have used Sergio Muniz for decades as my main Upholsterer and builder of all my custom chairs and sofas. I bring him a magazine photo of a high end piece and he can reproduce the chair at a fraction of the showroom price, making changes that I want. He has worked for so many of the major designers in Houston, throughout the years. He also fixes the frames of the chairs if it needs it, assuring the piece is good for another generation! He is very polite, with a good sense of humor and he tries to please the client. Buy your own fabric and trim and bring a picture or drawing if you want something built or the arms or cushion changed. His cushions are ultra comfy and the quality of the nailheads, tufting, etc is world class. Yet Sergio is affordable. He will pick up your piece and deliver it back clean and like a new piece. He seems to be very proud of his work, like an artist. Five stars!
