"I greatly appreciate the opportunity to respond to the comments shared by [member name]. It is unfortunate that the relationship ended with comments such as this. On May 1, 2013 we notified all of our customers in the S.W. Houston, Stafford, Sugar Land, Missouri City areas (of which [member name] lives), that we would be discontinuing services in the aforementioned areas for a variety of reasons most notably an unexpected family health concern. We made the decision that we were going to focus our maintenance services in the areas closer to my office and home. We notified all of our customers via USPS providing approximately 60 days notice so that our customer base could secure another service provider. I regret that I did not communicate more timely or consistently to the inquiries of [member name]. There were in fact a total of 7 emails, not quite "a dozen" but regardless, I regret my lack of communication. I found certain family health issues requiring more time than anticipated. Additionally, our phone number is functional and has been the same for over 18 years. To [member name] and family, you were a great customer for a great number of years, I wish all of the best and hope that you will accept my sincerest apologies for the manner in which our relationship ended. Respectfully, I would ask that you give us the benefit of the doubt and amend or remove the review on my company. You may ask why I waited so long to reply, the health issues with my immediate family member have now come to an end. Thank you again for the opportunity to share my comments in this forum."
