+ -1 moreThe "contractor" goes by Jay or "J" Cuevas. Initially, the work was timely and done well. However, when it was getting close to completion I found it difficult to make contact with Jay to get him to finalize the project. He has not returned my phone calls since September 2005 and he owes me several materials for which I've paid and he has not installed. These include: draperies, 8 inch base boards, kitchen and bathroom cabinet fixtures. He also has not completed painting one of the bathrooms and has not refinished a bathroom countertop that he agreed to refinish after seeing that his initial work was insufficient.
Description of Work: Condominium remodeling. Included: painting, built-in closet shelving, custom made drapery, new bathroom counter top, new kitchen and bathroom sinks and new toilets.
