It took me a month for them to get my vehicle complete so I could take it home.  They kept giving excuses why it was not ready,  Needed parts, hard to find parts because it is a 2002 vehicle.  They also told me that they could not find a replacement running board.  Guess what, when we finally got the vehicle, there was a new running board on it.  I called several times to check on the progress of the repairs and always the same answer, NOT READY.  I called late on a Thursday afternoon to check on the progress, This about a month after they got the vehicle, and was told that all they had to do was a quality check and that it should not be more than a day.  I finally called back on Monday and they said I could get the vehicle.  My wife and I went there to pick up the car.  I found that lights on the running board were not working and scratches on the plate around the headlights still had scratches on it. The manager told me that I rushed their quality control and they had 3 days to to it.  I did not look under the hood, bad mistake,  Now I find that they are panels missing and parts are not tight.  This is one place I would NEVER take another vehicle to have repaired if they were the only place in Houston.  They tell stories and do very bad work.
I have never treated so bad by a business in my life.  The manager is the person I dealt with and he gets an 'F' for customer service.  If you decide to take your car to be repaired there, make sure you take before and after pictures for your safety.
The cost of repairs were bore by Royal car wash due the damage they caused.

I had a rear end accident in my brand new car (literally 2 days after purchase) and the bumper was damaged. I made an appointment with the Knight Rd office for the next morning. The agent was waiting for me when I arrived out in the parking lot. My rental car was also there waiting. The paperwork was very quick and they took care of all of the insurance filing. Since the car was new, they made sure to replace the bumper instead of just repairing it. They tried to have it completed that afternoon, but were waiting for the part to arrive. They contacted me as soon as they knew and still had the car ready for me the next morning. The whole process was painless and very fast.

I had a damaged bumper on my truck that got bent, dented and pushed in far enough to damage the sheet metal. The original estimate was about$1280 which included a new chrome bumper. However when we talked about it he said he could straighten and beat out the dent in the bumper if I wanted to avoid replacing it. I elected to go that route since the bumper has a rubber step panel on top that would hide a lot. The final cost was $504 for the sheet metal and paint. They did a perfect job reforming the sheet metal. There are some intricate curves around the bumper recess that they got back to factory new. The paint is perfect  with no evidence of the repair. The chrome is straight and the dent pushed back out to where it's hardly noticeable. If I ever get another significant dent in the chrome I'll replace it then. It is a truck after all and subject to dings. The best part is they beat their original estimate. After deducting the cost of the replacement bumper they came in about $100 lower than the estimate.

On Friday November 21st I arrived at your location off
of Knight road to pick up my vehicle. After waiting for 40 minutes I was
informed that my keys could not be located therefore I could not pick my
vehicle up at that time. I was told that I would receive a call by the
following day. Well the following day the call never came so I decided to bring
my spare key to recover my vehicle. Once arriving and waiting again I was now
told that someone attempted to break into my vehicle through the passenger door
key entry and my key weren't found. They said they would repair the damages,
key and keyless remote. Well here we are today Nov 25th and I pick my vehicle
up and noticed that a set of keys for a classic Mustang, along with house keys
and mail box keys are all missing from the glove box of my truck I was picking
up. At this point I'm very concerned not only with the possible theft of my
truck but my classic mustang and home. I'm extremely upset that no one seems to
be able to explain what happened. I'm currently in the process of filing a
police report along with consulting with my attorney on what I can do on my end
to investigate what happened.

I just had some work done in late December. They replaced a fender on my car. They were recommend to me by Geico. This was the first time I have used them. They were very professional and did a good job. I dropped the car off for about 5-6 days while they completed the work.

Someone hit and ran my car on rear bumper leaving prominent scratches. They did proper inspection and estimated exactly what was needed. They fixed the car, just like a new car. We can't make out if the car had ever got any scratches.

Just as I stated above. Needed inspection, did inspection and the truth about the vehicle, rejected the vehicle. The bad news was good news, because we didn't buy a vehicle that was bad. That is good.

They did a great job and it took them less than 36 hours to do the repair. They were prompt, professional and helpful. The work is guaranteed for the lifetime of the car.
