Great?? After Having Whole House Windows Replaced, My Home Was Completely Full Of Dirt And Dust. When I Called The Owner, She Put Together An Emergency Crew Of Three, Including Herself And Came Out To Clean. They Did An Excellent Job, Due To Circumstances. Thanks

The lady who came out, Tina, she was personable, very professional and efficient. I thought it was going to take two days to do all the cleaning but she got it done in about 4 hours. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a good housekeeper.

The professionalism of the staff of Creative Cleaning is beyond reproach in my opinion. They came out and realized the type of service I wanted and needed and adjusted their time appropriately to accommodate the additional work. I felt safe with them in my house while I was working on other tasks. The price was fair especially comparing to prior experiences with other companies in which they were there to get the job done in the time allotted. Creative Cleaning cared more about getting the job done right instead of rushing to get it done quickly and move on.

Creative Cleaning was professional, however services were subpar. I was able to remove grime from the tub and surrounding tile with my finger and fingernail once the cleaning was completed; the shower door track was still grimy upon completion, and I removed dirt from the toilet seat with a disinfecting wipe after Creative Cleaning left my home.

"unfortunately, [Member Name Removed]'s bathroom areas were excessively dirty. Most deep cleanings are for normal every day use of the area. When grime and dirt turns your tub black, it becomes excess and she did not want to pay those fees. Also Excessive hair was in all three bathrooms. This took more time than usually allowed but was all cleaned up. we strive for perfection here at creative cleaning but we also know some people will never be happy, no matter what you do."

She did really good, but missed one of the bathrooms, so she came back a couple of days later and took care of it.
