SHOWED THE WOOD IN THE SHOWROOM AND HAD PROBLEMS DUPLICATING IT. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE OIL RUBBED AND THEIR PEOPLE USED SOME TYPE OF URETHANE INSTEAD. WE WERE NOT ABLE TO THEN DO THE OIL RUBBED, BECAUSE THE URETHANE HAD SOAKED INTO THE WOOD. THEY WERE NOT PLEASANT WHEN THE FINISH DID NOT MATCH WHAT THEY HAD SHOWN US AND HAD TO REDO IT. THEIR GUYS MOVED AND STOOD UP ON ITS SIDE A LARGE ROUND PIECE OF GLASS TABLE TOP. IT TOOK A BIG CHIP OUT OF THE $700 PIECE OF GLASS. THEY WERE NOT NICE ABOUT THIS EITHER AND ONLY ENDED UP PAYING FOR PART OF IT. I THOUGHT THEY SHOULD BE MORE CAREFUL AND AT LEAST PUT A BLANKET OR SOMETHING UNDER IT. THEY TRIED TO SAY THAT IT WAS ALREADY THERE. NOT A GOOD DEAL.
Description of Work: FURNISHED AND INSTALLED 1100' OF RUSTIC PINE RECLAIMED WOOD IN MY DOWNSTAIRS ROOMS, INCLUDING SHOE MOULDING, STAIR TREADS, AND RISERS. ALSO, APPLIED FINISH ON FLOORS.
