The shades look very nice and the installation went well.  The materials are all high-quality and I think the price was reasonable.  This was the first time I had used them, and I would use them again in the future as well as recommend them to others.

I was not happy with their service. They did not manufacture the blinds to our specifications. We needed about 20-25 blinds. They were supposed to be split top and bottom. About 40% of the order was done incorrectly. We reached out to them with regarding our complaint and never received a response from them. The technicians were fine and seemed to know what they doing. There were delays in receiving the blinds and scheduling difficulties.

The service went well. A salesman and one technician came out. The pricing was excellent. The blinds had to be ordered and came in in about 1-2 weeks. The installation was completed in a couple hours. Everything went smoothly and the technician did a nice job. I had no problem contacting the company or scheduling the service.

I took the window shade in, explained what I needed, they gave me a quote and a completion date. I paid for everything right then, they called me on the completion date, I fetched the blind and put them back up. The staff was super-friendly and competent.
