The company didn't communicate unless you initiate. They estimated 3 days to complete the work and it took 5 days. They used a power saw inside the house without collecting dusts, damaged a few of floor tiles, and made a dent on the front of our brand new wall oven. Built- in Microwave was not installed correctly and was wobbling. Some cabinet doors were chipped. They searched our garage for materials without asking. And worst of all, they used paint thinner on the granite countertop. When they came back for the second time, they left the sealer without cleaning. Will never use the company again and definitely will not recommend them to anyone.

When they came out to install it all, one piece was not cut as we had asked for.  No problem, they will make another one, but when they returned to install it, the color was about 3 shades different from all the others.  Took some time to get them to understand the difference, but in the end, they were able to match it and will continue to use them for a third time in the next bathroom.

They were excellent. We had no complaints at all about them. It all worked out. The project was completed in the time frame that was estimated. The workers were very courteous. I worked at home and they did not make any more noise than they had to. They covered things as they were working so that the rest of my house was preserved. They cleaned up after themselves.

Craig Baker Marble were easy to deal with. They've been in business for many, many years. Our experience with him has been excellent. They were very pleasant. They did a beautiful job. They were punctual. They came in, got them installed quickly and were gone. I had gone to their store and picked which one I wanted.

I actually went out there to look at their stuff and they seemed professional. I was happy with their service up until a few months later when I suddenly looked at the actual bowl of the sink and realized they didn't put in an overflow hole. It was at least six or more months later, so I decided that they weren't going to do anything about it and didn't bother calling them.

The estimated time to complete entire job was 6 to 8 weeks. The actual time was approximately 12 weeks. The issues were with the tile
we selected and getting the tile put in to our satisfaction. That took about three weeks. The cabinets were ordered about 4 weeks prior to starting the demo. They are beautiful cabinets.
The clean up, daily, by the crew could have been better. There was some down days with no one here, but that was more based on professionals that were needed for certain job areas in our home were at different job sites that the company was doing.

Craig Baker Marble are very professional craftsmen. We had them redo both bathrooms, as we had a past problem with termites. They were excellent. They came in and did some measuring and installed Marble in both our bathrooms. They redid both tubs, showers, walls and even made a custom built corner seat in one of the shower stalls. Everything was beautiful and done on time.
