In December, 2012, we went to Riodosa, NM for Christmas during which time the, supposedly "fixed" refrigerator, ceased to work again. Fortunately for us, the temperatures outside were below freezing, so we could put the food in coolers outside and the food was kept at a good temperature without ice.
After we returned from New Mexico, we took the RV in and left it for 2 weeks when they, supposedly, replaced the cooling unit. They supposedly ordered the part that did not come in for almost 2 weeks and we were stranded with nowhere to live and they would not let us have it while the parts came in. It sat on their lot, untouched, the entire time while we had to cope with all our belongings in the trailer.
Then in March, 2013, we went to California for two weeks and the refrigerator failed, again. We called them to ask if we could take it in to another dealer in California, and they indicated that any warranty work had to be done at their location, so we would have to wait until we got back.
When we got home, we called about the refrigerator still not cooling correctly and they insisted that it was fixed!! They are refusing to fix it so we now have a refrigerator that cools the refrigerator portion to no lower than 45 degrees and a freezer that cools no lower than 14 degrees, neither of which is considered "safe" temperatures for preserving food. The refrigerator is still under warranty but they consider it "fixed."
This company acts as if they will take care of any warranty work but getting them to stick to that is nearly impossible and when they do, you must take the unit in for them to work on it and they take a long time to do it. They do not go out of their way to help when you live in your RV. I would not recommend anyone purchase from them or have them do any kind of maintenance on your unit because they put Bandaids on it and seem to care less about their workmanship. Their fees for non warranty work is $120 an hour.
