Jimmy is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I call him first for any HVAC work I need. He has gotten both my A/C unit and Heater fixed promptly and at a fair price each time I've used him.

Jimmy was able to work with my schedule to get my AC units repaired with minimal downtime (same day service). He was very professional and worked quickly to resolve my issue. Within 20 min my AC was fixed and my home was cooling down. I would highly reccomend Country Breeze!

Jim was wonderful. I had to leave a message on his voicemail when I first called, but within an hour, he called me back and we planned to meet on my lunch break. He fixed it right away! He definitely knows his stuff as he's been doing this for years. I was referred to him by a friend, and I'll be using Jim from now on.

Mr. Hablinsky justified the price of the work on the basis that he woudl have to hire special lifting equipment and even remove part of the fence in order to complete the work. In his words the job would take most of the day. Mr. Hablinsky agreed to perform the workon Friday the 7th of November 2008, to which I said that was great because I planned to at home all day that day and would like to see the work that was to alleged to be needed. Without calling or otherwise notifying me the Mr. Hablinski and his helper arrived on the morning of November 6th. My wife greeted them and while she was not aware of the work scope she was aware that I was planning to have work does in connection with the HVAC compressors. When the completed the work the work in about 2 hours they requested that my wife pay them by immediately. My wife tried many times to locate me in order to be certain that the amount was correct but I was not available at that time. She then asked them to return the next day so so they speak with me her husband. They refused to wait and insisted that they be paid immediately. I recall seeing several messages and when I finally spoke with my wife, she said that she had written the check for $1,990 USD dollars and that Mr. Hablinsky pressured her to pay on the spot. When I became aware and was able to view the invoice that was provided at the time of payment, I called Joe Hablinski and asked him the following questions and made the following comments: 1. If it was agreed that the work would be done on the Friday the 7th why did you come one day early and not call or e-mail me? 2. Why was there no fence removal of forklifts etc in order to install the compressors? 3. If the job was expected to take most of the day; why did it take less than two hours? 4. Why on the face of the invoice, was I charged for 100ft of copper cable when the units were move only 6-7 feet from the original location. 5. Why did they apply so much pressure to my wife for payment without giving me the opportunity to inspect the work and knowing from Bob that I had always paid my bills on time and completely? 6. What happened to concrete foundations (three of them) where the compressors sat originally? 7. Why was cheap plastic conduit used for the electrical extension and not metal as it was already. Why werently the electric junction boxes not relocated as agreed. Mr. Hablinsky responded: 1. I became available on short notice and did not see the need to call 2. I used to helpers to lift the compressors onto the platform and therefore the equipment and fence removal was unnecessary. 3. I don’t get paid by the hour, but by the job 4. No explanation 5. No explanation 6. I threw them in the trash 7. It was not necessary to move them. After speaking/arguing with Mr. Hablinski on the phone maintained that he would not refund or lower his price and reluctantly agreed to return to me the large amount of excess materials, which were specified on his invoice. It was clear to me that he had no intention of returning the materials and I ordered stop payment on the check. My conclusions: • False pretenses - I contend that the work was obtained on false pretenses in order to justify and much higher price, all the while knowing that the “extra work” would not be required

HE IS ALWAYS POLITE. HE TELLS YOU ABOUT YOUR OPTIONS, BUT, RECOMMENDS WHAT HE THINKS WILL WORK BEST. HIS CHARGES ARE VERY REASONABLE. HE IS HONEST AND RELIABLE AND ALWAYS ON TIME. I HAVE USED HIM FOR ABOUT 7 YEARS FOR SERVICE AND REPAIR AND HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH HIS WORK.
