After making the appointment I had to change the date as something came up. I called them all day long to try and reschedule the appointment. When I finally received a call back from the scheduling department they said that they couldn't come out the following day. I told them to cancel my service that I was done dealing with them. I tried to call the supervisor to let them know I wanted to cancel my service but they were unavailable. I called the regular customer service line and when was connected to a rep let them know. They said I couldn't cancel over the phone that I would have to send a letter, which is just one more inconvenience. It was a very frustrating experience. They need to improve how they communicate with their customers.

They monitor my home security system. I have had several situations where my alarm went off and they called immediately. They have also sent the police when we could not clearly define why the system went off. I also like the fact that they can tell you what location went off. They also repaired a faulty door alarm. This would make the alarm go off at various times day and night. What a pain! It took awhile for them to send a repairman but the guy they sent was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem was once he looked into it.

They did an excellent job. The installation went marvelous. The people were very talkative. I was very pleased with that. I am glad I chose to go with this system. If the system goes off, they are to call me first. They will call my home. Then they try the alternate number. If for some reason, they do not get an answer. They do send someone out right away. I am very comfortable knowing that Counterforce is securing my home.

Counterforce USA is cheaper than other companies and I have now had service with them for a few years. I have had one false alarm and I contacted them and we went thorough all the steps to make sure everything was fine. They were really nice to work with and they are always courteous and polite.

I did have someone try to get in my house once and they got the cops out here right away. If the alarm does go off they call or send the police right out. They are a very reliable company and I am impressed with their response time.

I called Counter force to cancel my service with them, but they wouldn't cancel it, so I upgraded the system and the second technician that came out was very good, but I was displeased with the company. Their prices were quite reasonable, but they didn't take their time to explain anything to me about the system. I pay thirty dollars per month for the monitoring fee, but if I had to do this all over again, I would choose another company.

I never had one problem with the alarm system. We travel a lot so we wanted to feel safe, and not have to worry about their house. We think that they take a lot of care in monitoring our house. Our house has never been broken into since we had the system installed. They explained clearly how the system works when they came to program it.
