They looked at my tires, discussed various options, and quickly put on new tires once I decided what I wanted.

I don't have any bad experience with this provider other then they don't accept appointments, so the wait could be long if you don't get there early.

Costco Tire Center seem to know what they are doing and they have good prices. The good thing about them is that you can get your flat fixed for free and you can get your tires rotated for free.

Pros: The best price for the tires in town, hands down, including the installation package that includes road hazard. The service technicians handled my car and new wheels with care and professionalism.

Cons: First-come, first-serve means the waits are very long on weekends. I had an issue ordering the tires: online the brand/size I needed did not show up on a search, and attempting to order in person on the weekend was a fail because they needed to call some customer service center that was not open on weekends to verify availability. If you have common size tires, probably not an issue.

They are inexpensive and they are quick. There is not a long line and they are very helpful. They tell you about drug interactions.

First the price was so much lower than the one I was quoted at another store. The item had to be ordered and it came in days ahead of schedule. Also, I have bought glasses there before at a price that was half of what I paid at a chain optical company. What is most surprising about these folks is that they are very, very good! There are enough technicians to help and they all seem so very knowledgeable. Even on Sundays! Who knew? Later I saw in Consumer Reports that their optical department had high ratings, and I'm not surprised. My son and sister also buy glasses and contacts from them, and I have been with them on all their visits. All visits went well. I have also found them very helpful over the phone.
