On 8/5/2015 I had a new roof installed by Corey Roofing and Construction and my salesperson was Mr. Andy Kelly.  On 8/6/2015, I met with Mr. Kelly and reported my extreme dissatisfaction with the sub-standard roof job.  I have been advised by another local roofing company, a journey man and an adjuster to have the entire roof redone. 

I had to wait close to two months after the proposal and estimate to have my roof installed.  I was promised that Corey Roofing?s best crews would be used for my project and that I was guaranteed a quality install.  This cannot be further from the truth.  I regret and rue the day I called Corey Roofing to do my home.  I was misled because the BBB gives them an A+ and I had found few complaints prior to my roof being installed.  I feel it is my duty to share my nightmarish experience.

Did a great job. Professional, punctual, pleasant crew, cleaned up well, and the price was fair. We highly recommend.

The bid was actually a couple hundred dollars more than my lowest of three bids, however, I went with my gut instinct and the estimator "Andy", really knew how to paint a picture with words as to how the whole process would transpire. He really made me feel comfortable and confident. They also offer a 10 year leak free labor warranty, which was longer than all the other companies. The crew replaced several areas exposed to be less than ideal once the old roof was removed. I really feel that they care about the quality and integrity of their work. I'm a customer for life. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

Awesome job! The men arrived in the morning at the appointed time. They had a trailer that they backed into my driveway and started to tear off the old roof. They were good about cleaning up whatever pieces did not hit the trailer. When we saw that some of the wood needed to be replaced, Andy stopped the progress and went off to get the hardy plank that was needed to make the repairs. I was so happy to get the job done right! These guys were terrific. Highly recommended!
I found them from a flyer in the mail but checked in with the BBB and Angie's List to be sure that they were a good company. I also asked for three phone references which Andy provided and all three of the people whom I called were delighted with the job that was done on their roofing.

Corey Roofing provided prompt, professional service. They got the job done very quickly. They never left a mess anywhere. They removed all of the excess nails from around the job site. The roof looks great and is holding up quite well. They provided the most competitive estimate in the area.

Corey Roofing did not charge me to walk the roof and give me an estimate when every other company I spoke with tried to charge me. He was very honest, and he could have easily said I needed a new roof and I would have gone with it. Instead, he said I only needed some spot repairs. I have more work scheduled.
